Located in the heart of downtown Sweetwater, Main Street Studio, LLC was founded in 2010 by Mr. Samuel Moser as a full service architectural firm with the values of honesty, integrity and creativity. Our main objective is to provide clients with personalized care and service by listening attentively and thoroughly understanding their project needs, desires and goals.

MSS is made up of a team of talented, experienced and dedicated professionals. With over 40 years of combined design and project management experience, our licensed professionals work with each client to accurately assess and identify the priorities, opportunities and constraints of each project. MSS provides creative solutions that meet our client’s goals and budgets. Each of our team members is LEED accredited, practicing sustainable design and incorporating innovative solutions in all levels of design. MSS is classified as a small business in local, state and federal venues.

In the Studio

Sam Moser is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional with 25 years experience in residential and commercial design and project management. Sam has been involved in the planning, design, and construction administration of projects up to 200,000 square feet in size utilizing innovative design concepts and sustainable practices. His representative experience spans all market sectors including educational, health care, commercial office, hospitality, aviation, municipal, federal and industrial projects, as well as residential.

Abigail Allshouse is a Graduate Architect with design and project management experience. Abigail's broad skill set includes graphic design, document management and administrative essentials.
